Smartsilk™ warranties all of its products for 10 years from the date of purchase. We warranty against manufacturer's defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear. Washing and care instructions must be followed.

Smartsilk™ offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not at all satisfied with your purchase. You must call us for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without this number. All items being returned for a refund must be sent back prepaid. We will accept returns for exchange based on our warranty against manufacturer's defects policy.
